Privacy Policy
Last updated October 4, 2026
This policy explains what NOVAKIN collects, why, and the choices you have. We collect as little as we can to run the Service.
What we collect
Information you give us: your email address if you join the waitlist, and the character details you enter when drafting a Kin.
Public blockchain data: wallet addresses and transactions are public by nature and may be displayed on the Service.
Basic technical data: standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages visited) used to keep the Service secure and reliable.
How we use it
To operate the Service, contact you about your waitlist spot or your Kin, prevent abuse, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal information.
Drafts in your browser
In the current preview, Kin drafts stay in your browser session. Exporting a draft downloads a file to your device; nothing is uploaded unless you choose to submit it.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers that help us run the Service (for example hosting and email delivery), under contracts that protect it, or when required by law.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data. To make a request, email hello@novakin.live and we'll respond within 30 days.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date above and, for significant changes, let waitlist members know by email.
